D H-Z series zero gas consumption modular dryer has three control modes, namely near control, remote control and self-control, integrated pressure/temperature/dew point sensors, including dual 4.85 communication and mobile + PC Internet of Things cloud monitoring platform, and through self-developed BO S S energy-saving P LC controller, it can real-time monitor the dynamics of the operation of the equipment and automatically adjust the adsorption cycle to ensure the stability of the dew point and at the same time, it can save energy and reduce the consumption to a greater extent. Meanwhile, in order to avoid the secondary pollution of liquid oil and water to the adsorbent, it is also equipped with self-developed independent sewage disposal device, which is discharged in time through the zero gas consumption drainer, and the rate of water removal is more than 9.5 %.
